I think the reason is that those who bought midcaps earlier at lower prices, are selling, booking profits as they require funds for forthcoming Future & Rel Power IPO.

What will be its impact. On moneycontrol some boarders are of the view it will result in Stock price going up. But my point is why will promoter sell it when its going to zoom.

Enough of speculations and news has happened on JaiCorp now.

The only news that will really start the upswing is when they start doing some business and show some results.

Now JC needs to come out and announce their Project Wins and Execution updates.

Mukesh Ambani also sold 4% of RPL recently it doesn't mean that it will not go up...Yes,but in the short term it made huge impact as it came down to 200 from 295....
But Jai hasn't shown that much correction even despite the selling of promotors....

Actually it is quite old news , about 3 months old, it was already announced by the company at the time of pref. allotment to FIIs , it is just been given a go ahead by the RBI now. I see it as a positive for JaiCorp after the markets recover.
