Is HFCL Infotel being taken over by Anand Jain (OF JAICORP)?

HFCL Infotel recently got license from MoT for all India GSM rollout.
IF SO JAICORP CAN ONLY GO UP & UP & UP

Two rumours -
1. Jai Corp and RIIL rumoured to be merged. RIIL closed UC but Jai Corp closed down 2.5%.
2. HFCL Infotel being taken over by Anand Jain
RIIL has to merges with JaiCorp for the second rumour to come true due to non-compete agreement between Mukesh & Anil.
this is my hutch - if both rumours are true, the more informed boarders may please correct me.
Two facts -
1. Jai Corp broke out of UC due to profit booking after Bonus shares were received. Share will stabilize.
2. Results for Jai Corp to be out tomorrow.
