The most simple logic in fibo is .. in uptrend it must not hold below 50% retracement for several minutes and same applies for in downtrend as well .. it must not hold below 50% retracement for several minutes... this gives trend change confirmation.. watch these points close you will get some inputs..

how to exit quick time.....

it depends on the stock movement.. in specific if a stock is not giving up certain levels it must be watched closely... for eg gold have not given below 30300 for several minutes but seconds... so these things will come in practice so keep practicing and keep watching..
