MORNING CRUDE on M-30 CHARTS formed a NECK-SHOULDER PATTERN......neckline SUPPORT WAS @ 84.7$............

now crude broke its neckline support and marching towards SOUTH towards its NUMBER SUPPORT 83$..................waiting for the targets..........
