I guess it is better if you DO NOT use the bhavcopies downloaded by DBF Retriever to feed data in Amibroker. The reason being, though it has the CM data it has the multiple segments in it apart from Equities. This would confuse Amibroker even if I give the appropriate import format and you would land up having incorrect data (mix of EQ series and other series as symbol name would be same).
You can try your hands with other EOD downloaders that put the output directly to Ascii files. For you, importing an ascii file that contains only Equities/F&O data would be enough.
DBF Retriever was not developed for this purpose. Hope you understand.
