It's not really covid specific, it is just an immunity booster, thus licensed and permitted. I guess it is more like chyawanprash.
But one thing I agree with is giving more support to the desi medicines, in terms of R&D facilities, and letting them come up with solutions that would be approved by the international community.
Problem is claiming it cures covid without any proofs or clinical trials. Patanjali now backtracked to say they never claimed it cures covid but results are favorable.
