How much is the profit objective between two signals ( between 2 Vs) on 3-5 min charts? Is it profitable considering brokerage for a new trader with low vol.Pl don't misunderstand its not doubting but genuine need to know Thanks
In intraday, it's playing by the ear, bar by bar. So, I guess one would have to go with trailing stop loss, without exactly defining the targets. just riding the trend.

1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the other band and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1) or just for guidance in normal case also.

6.If candles are sandwiched between OUTER of BB(20,1) and INNER band
BB(20,2) then ride the trend .

7.If either ema-2H or ema-2L is cut twice by either BB(20,2),BB(20,1) or
SMA-20 in quick succession ,it indicates a END of a trend.

8.Continuation is indicated if both ema-2H and ema-2L are cut by SMA-20
and/or BB(20,1) and/or BB(20,2).

Hi shripad,

The chart appears to be of average type ,(4/11/11)just 8 points between
difference between y-axis divisions. The risk may not be more than 4 points,
personally there is not much risk.

Dear Columbus,

I read all the rules of this BW strg. Thanks for sharing the same! I am just in the process of observation & paper trading. Just a request, is it possible for you to mark the entry, add, exit trades on the charts?

I know this will add to your work, but it will definately help beginners to learn as well as follwers to confirm their trades, if they are missing somewhere.

Regards,

mangup

Hi Mangup,

In the initial stages of development ,I used to mark entry/exit of trade.
On EOD chart it may be easy but on LIVE chart it may be difficult, for
one reason ,that EOD chart lacks one thing ,that is ,EMOTION.

Somehow ,I stopped it,started focusing more on new rules (if any).
I will certainly mark the trades for you later on.

The ideal trading points are as follows:ABCDEFG
Other ways to trade are :ABCFG or ABC-EFG
The segments CD-DE are small but on a live chart these can not be ascertained.

The point "A" is picked up from 3-min chart .I am unable to put 3-min
chart ,it is giving message NO DATA (on Yesterday or even Today)

Similarly ,some excessive points on 3min-chart are deleted by using 5-min
chart.I strongly recommend to use both these charts.
