m done for the day...

3 consecutive SLs were not there, unless you made a mistake in placing orders. My trades are as follows, with explanation:

The Buy Level was 5130. At 10:05 the close was 5133.50, signalling BUY.
Placed 1 lot Buy immediately @ 5133. Fulfilled @ 5131.

The first Target was 5145 which was not achieved. The stoploss 5112 was crossed at 10:25 (Close: 5108.50). Square off the long @ 5109.00. Two lots opened as fresh shorts.

Target for short was 5097 which was achieved at 11:00 (Close:5097.0). Squared off 1 short @ 5098 and continued with second short. SL shifted to 5097. Second target for short was 5079, did not reach. Squared off at 11:50 @ 5098.

Price went up to 5130.10 at 13:25 but no Buy triggered as it started falling. At 13:40 again short signalled (Close: 5105.30), shorted 1 lot @ 5105, Price fell through 1st target of 5097, did not square off as next candle was going further down. At 14:05 2nd target reached(Close 5068), Squared off @ 5068.

Net gain:

1 Lot X 5109-5133 = -24 points
2 Lots X 5109-5098 = +22 points
1 Lot X 5105- 5068 = +37 points

Total gain of 35 points

why u took 2 lots on first short trade

is it that if the first trade hits SL then chances of hitting the target in second trade increases on the opposite side ?

Yes, I took 2 lots for shorting hoping that at least the first target will hit and it did. But it is not always true. I took the risk as the fall started early without much improvement after Buy trigger. When the buy triggered second time, I did not go long as I was expecting it to be the resistance level (The earlier attempt to go beyond buy trigger had failed).
