Hi Guys,

I have 2 AFL's for calculation of VWAP. I seldom take VWAP from NSE as it never gives the value @ 9:29. It gives either before or after 9:29.

Now the problem I am facing today is , One AFL is giving VWAP @ 9:29 as 4899.65, The other AFL is giving VWAP @ 9:29 as 4900.02. Now the situation is such that if I put 4899.65 in the GANN the Values I get are 4900/4833, Whereas If I put 4900.02 in the GANN Calculator I get 4918/4900.

What to do now

I understand this prob.. We have days when the VWAP levels are very near the BUY/SELL tgts.. Here when I post the values, i get myself very sure that I am getting the right value so as to get right BUY?SELL levels..!! I hope The afl which u talking abt is somewhat misguided.. Donno y... But the values which i have posted confirms the VWAP value from my afl and the NSE website in mutuality.. SO i believe tht this should remove all the confusion.. Wat say..??

Ragrding today's value, ihave something more to tell.. the high before this was 4914.9... So i was having a feeling tht once the range 4890 to 4915 gets broken, nifty should take a move.. and it happened here.. I placed my BUY order at 4917(confirmation from self analysis supported by gann values).. Hope tht market will move north from here.. happy trading..!!

Let's compare these 2 situations here and decide which value is correct.

1. VWAP 4900.5 B/S = 4918/4900 RESULT Sell Below Activated and SL HIT . Buy Above activated and ACtive

2. VWAP 4899.65 B/S = 4900/4883 RESULT Buy Above activated and !st TGT Reached.

So It is confirmed that the second Value of VWAP is true and profitable. However if you want to be in loss follow Value 1

to be sure of the values, u could always refer your trading workstations for the same as well...those values are ALWAYS accurate and on a real time basis...

Seems msa is in a hilarious mood today..!! Well, I did not go short today.. This is my first trade for the day..!! lol.. Still profitable..LOL..
