Archit , how you got 5 trades for today

i have read this thread , i thnk we get max 1 or 2 trades in a day if we follow this system

either buy or sell

if buy trig and target achieved then we are done for that day same case for sell

if we hit SL in any one direction then we reverse and take the opposite trade

please correct me if i am wrong , but this is what i understood after reading all the posts

and today i think we hit all 4 targets on long side

guys i have modified my strategy a bit...i see d wavp at 9:29:59. take d buy and sell signals.after the first target is achieved i wait for the prices to sustain above the first target. if they dont sustain then i square off my remaining position and find out new levels with the calculator...hence i got 5 targets hit with 2 Stop Losses...

can we trade like this

suppose we trade 40 mini nifty

first 20 we book at Target T1 and remaining 20 we trail with T1 as SL for target T2 and so on ?

since ur trading this strategy from start and also maintaining the records

were there any days where this hit SL on both the sides

what we do on such days , we exit for that day since it's range bound

or we go for third trade too ?

Hi Rahul,

Many a times SL is hit , not only twice but more than that also, but afterwards it goes and clears all the 4 tgts. So it is advised to stick with the values, The reason being , We don't know which signal will take the market from rangebound to trending one.

fully agree with u msa but in a range bound market this might not happen
only stop losses would be triggered...what say?
