I lost today and I am out....

but just wondering how my SL placement is so bad.... yesterday, I was almost long puts all the time, and got Sl hit for loss everytime.

today again it's a good uptrend. I enter calls and still lose....

Market move from small swing high to low is 10-12 points...meaning 5-6 points in options....SL below this means it can be hit anytime. So buy in a 3-3.5 points dip and keep 3-4 points SL further. Minor uptrend still intact.
