good day today. Tried to be patient, and avoided trying to buy near bottoms. In addition to the M1 charts, I also looked at the R40 and R60 charts. That along with S/R helped me to be calm and decide on my entries and adds.

My SL on Puts were triggered twice, but I kept on re-entering because the bias was downward. Was lucky today that I entered double quantity in the best move of the day due to a typo.
