Are Technical analysts idiots?

Whether FA or TA analysis, we should make money, otherwise definitely we are idiots.

Doing FA and TA and giving advice is easiest job in this business, taking trade and making money we should have guts to take position............

So, forget FA or TA, try to understand and make money.

We are not going to run any company here, we are here to make money.... very simple......

What I believe is TA just gives us the edge that, probability of one thing happening over the other is high. That just does not mean that if we get a signal from our system, the market has to abide by it else we are wrong, losers etc(emotional pain), rather what it simply means is that, the probability of this happening over the other is high. It may happen or it may not! Remember, it just takes one person to negate the outcome of your edge. So learn to accept losses and it just does not mean that by taking losses you are proved wrong. It is just your belief, that taking losses is not good. It is absolutely fine to take losses. What separates you from the crowd, is the way you execute your edge. It have very little to take with Technical Analysis.:thumb:

Learn to think in probabilities and you would be amazed to see how everything changes.
