A lot of users are facing these issues, including me. And these questions are being asked again and again on different forums, but zerodha guys never give proper reply. I am starting this thread to receive a PROPER REPLY from zerodha guys, so what we have proper information in this regards and are not forced to keep on chasing zerodha support on multiple places.
I am quoting a few of the posts made in this regards on last 2 days on traderji -
On such a serious issue, all zerodha says is this - Don't think we have ever said no to GFDL as well.
Is this a professional way to respond ? Do they think all their clients are fools ? Why to trouble them again and again like this ? Why not clearly tell the truth, so that every one knows beforehand that if they want to use zerodha for autotrading then they will be FORCED to sign up for neotradeanalytics and they cannot use other good data vendors like esignal, GFDL, TrueDataIndia etc.
At-least tell the truth properly. Why to harass the zerodha clients who uses other data feeds, like this ?
If we start such threads on most forums, then it will cause enough Negative Publicity for zerodha and that will create doubts into the minds of new users who might be thinking of signing up with this discount broker. When it starts to hurt their business, only then they will think about it, otherwise they will keep on giving one line replies, without showing any professionalism or responsibility.
It seems that for most of us, zerodha is not a proper choice for Auto Trading and we should find the alternatives.
Regards

Zerodha,
I am an account holder of zerodha since long and I am using the data feed of GFDL for long time as well. I have approached GFDL to provide the provide us trading bridge to fire orders from amibroker to Pi. They already have trading bridge for Nest and Odin, but not Pi. Their reply is below.
Thank you for this mail and raising the concern.
We had approached Zerodha long back, but they did not show any interest. Unless they share API, we cannot build a bridge.
If users like you push your requirements directly to the broker, they might re-think it.
We are starting a full-fledged trading bridge for Odin soon. It is fully tested and authorised solution (it is developed through direct association with Financial Technologies). It will have 2 way communication to query status/place/edit/modify/cancel orders, check net position, etc. with advanced chart trading panel. Have a look at attached screenshot. We can give similar facilities if Zerodha is interested.
If possible, please share the API with GFDL so that we traders can take the benefit of it. If you ask me why i am requesting for GFDL, the answer is "the cost" and i cant change from GFDL.

Can you check with http://neotradeanalytics.com/, they have built a bridge for Pi. Don't think we have ever said no to GFDL as well.

Hi Zerodha i got the same info from Trudata also. They said zerodha is not interested to build Amibroker to PI trading bridge. So now they are looking for alternative. This has cost around 2 to 3 month delay. No one has Ami to PI bridge that work like end user want. due to this issue i have shifted my trading to symphony fintech.
They have funded neotradeanalytics so they will push that only.
Even user from other feed raised same question
