wrong charges for late payment

Dear frends
i have debicit in my ledger due to squareoff of my broker at high price,now every day some amount is being charged as penalty charges
seniors can you guide what is the correct procedure,i thought broker will square off at 70% risk mine done at 165% and now being charged penalty charges,

pls explain what shud be % of penalty?

FYI...it is not broker duty to square off...you have initiated the position...

Normally brokers square off to protect themselves...but, responsibility is lying with the client.

Any square off...responsibility is with us....

You can't claim RMS, why they have not closed..

RMS is for to protect the company...not to protect your trade.

You have to take responsibility on your trade.

But they are telling RMS is 70pct and they will square off.all brokerage when you inquire for intrday they give this answer
