MTF approach helps quantify and qualify trades.
Institutional traders do not bother much about actions on lower timeframes.Their focus is elsewhere.
I am not sure but
it is possible that there is some weight attached to each timeframe.
that is probably what the score board chart shows.
HTF carries more weight.
Though it has shown 5 out of 9 depicted timeframes as bearish. what matters possibly is the relative weightage on each timeframe and total weightage figure-and things like traded volumes or number of traders
How the weighting is done is a mistery yet.
If I find out more I will let you know.
