Thats the single biggest requirement. Good teacher matters, not the infrastructure.
I did a technical analysis course in Bangalore with Bharat Dugar. Neither did he have any official setup nor did he provide any fancy brochures or study mats.
And yesss, he dint even provide a certificate.
So, first focus on getting a good experienced trader who can impart the course. Then think of building your castle around it.
Remember : Functionality always precedes form. (Steve Jobs being an exception !!)
