Trade forex as zulutrade trader illegal in India

Hi, I wanted to know if it is also illegal to trade forex

1) Through zulutrade.com as a trader who puts trades on other's behalf and gets commission without depositing any money.

2)Trade on demo account and teach others the forex trading and gets money.

Legally it is safe as you are not converting Re in to USD ...
But who will follow you, when you are not risking your money is a million dollar question that you have to find answer for ...

Keep one thing in your mind You can only trade pairs with INR apart of this everything is illegal for Indians
