I cant comment on the Fraud part....but one thing i have learnt by investing in Teledata is that this company DOES NOT bother about its stock holders and investors...
invest in teledata and be sure that you would be the most neglected investor ever and you will get 10 paisa as dividend (from a profit of 300Cr) which will be delayed and delayed and would never reach your bank account. you will wait for months (not days) to get any news out from management.....
Invest at your own risk..but be prepared to be neglected..
