Option minimum investment

Hi all

I am santaji i am just learning options through traderji website i need to know how much minimum money (premium , margin, brokerage, etc.) required to enter the option market for a one lot pls let us know for the both Mininifty & nifty i mean to say how much money i have to keep in hand to trade in option trading whether its call or put i am only interested in index trading (NSE)

welcome brother at traderji
for option required money is very less and involve risk is high
so if u want u can enter in option like this>
put around 2700 is trading around 28 so of nifty u need 28*50=1400 +brokerage
for mini nifty it will be around 20*28=560+ brokerage
Hope it will clarify what u want to know

Its nice to see your reply with example i really like it i have one more query if u dont mind can i put a order in a such a way that if i want to square off with my PROFIT the trade is execute automaticaly through internet like we do in CASH segment

Suppose i purchase a call of nifty at 2700 strike price 28*50 so i invest around Nifty 1400 but i cant track market minute by minute so i can put a order like if nifty hits 2750 my 28*50 call should be square off is it possible, if yes then who is the best broker to do so.

Bro feel free to ask as many questions as u want will try to reply as per my knowledge here are many gems who will join me to satisfy you
Ok now main question that if u put a buy order then it will trigger when ur rate comes mean 28:thumb:
now on selling u hav to put daily selling bid or stop loss u cant put both at a time bcoz if both trigger chance of loss n i dont think most of broker allow this practice on best broker most of them are 420 u hav to chose the least 420 Happy trading

it was showing premium around 39.6 so i put the limit 40.

there can be two reasons bro first less funds i n ur a/c:rofl:
second when u place the order bcoz mkt was falling prem of put had gone to above 40

Bhai mere options trading jinda lion ki savaari karne jaisa hai wo kar rahaa hoon ye kya kam hai bula ke dikhana not possible as its fast decision to enter n exit I request u to ple Ghosh sirs thread from first post 3-4 time then u will know what is option all about after that u can play this not so good game
