Now Software Error

Sir,

I am Installing Now Software for Trading. After Installation I can't run that software. Now Initialization failed for interactive engine (OS error). How to run this software.

I am facing the exact same here.
My OS is XP SP3.
I guess this is something related to network access.
If you don't have access to particular ips or ports then this error will occur.
I am not sure though.

I too had same problem. I contacted NSE NOW Helpline on 1800 220052 (tollfree number). On their suggestion, I uninstalled NSE NOW,
deleted NOW directory in C disk Program files and reinstalled NSE NOW. After this, NSE NOW is functioning well.

It could be Internet problem. please check if you Internet is working when you try this.

dear friends, i m using Now from last two years, this prob comes when 1) your internet bandwith is low, because now is design to work on minimum 512 kb net. for solve this you can use tata or bharti or bsnl setup as your ISP (INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER) for download link is :- ftp://203.199.75.110/common/now/Setup/ , user id is ftpguest and password is FTPGUEST (CAPITAL) I mean if you using tata conection then u need to download tata seup, same if u use bharti internet then bharti setup same bsnl setup if u using bsnl net, one more thing i m giving u toll free no of now team 1800-2200-52. call them if your problem still giving u tention enjoy nifty46( dhiraj sood)
