Hello,
I have just opened Trading , Demat and Currency trading account with HDFC securities. I got user name and password for online trading. But when I access trading account on their website i found that there is no option for currency trading. I then called customer care, they told me that currency trading is not available through their website and for that i need to log into NSE's nowonline.com website. Since i have not received any username and password for nowonline i can not able to do currency trading. My question is if currency trading is done through nowline then Why HDFC asked me to open demat a/c and trading account with them. Please clarify how to solve this issue as i am not interested in equity trading but only currency trading and that option is not there on their site.
Please clarify how it works with HDFC securities.
