I GAVE HIM A CHEQUE OF RS. 10000/- OF HDFC BANK ON 28 DEC 2009 AND A FORM DULY SIGHNED FOR PIB ACTIVATION AND AC OPENING . NOW I WAS TOLD ACCOUNT WILL COME IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS. TODAY ON 15 JAN 2010 I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR WELCOME LETTER AND A PASSWORD WHICH DOES NOT WORK WITH PIB SOFTWARE. I CALLED AT SERVICE BRANCH WHERE THEY TELL RANJIT MOTHER HAS PASSED AWAY AND HE IS IN BIHAR(GAYA) AND HE HAS TAKEN THE CHEQUE WITH HIM.I AM BEING TOLD TO WAIT FOR RANJIT. SERVICE BRANCH HEAD VIKAS GARG (9810964112) IS NOT PICKING MY PHONE . I OFFICIALY COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE WHERE THEY TELL ME TO PAY RS 900 FOR CLOSING ACCOUNT I MUST TELL YOU THIS IS VERY LOW. YOU SHOULD CHARGE MORE(TEN TIMES MORE) EVEN THAT WILL BE VERY LOW FOR PEOPLE TO GET OUT OF YOUR **** INDIABULLS. MY COMPLAINT NO. IS 00367598
