Hi all,
I had bought Barak Valley shares on 16th september. I wanted to sell it on 17th september, but the icicidirect website said "i do not have sufficient shares" . Then i found out that the shares are not allocated to my demat acc yet. I tried selling it today(20th september), it showed the same error message. The shares are still not allocated to me . Please let me know if this is the case specific to broker,or is the delay due NSDL. ALso let me know if the allocation date depends on volume i trade(As in if I trade high volume, does the allocation to my acc take preference over others who have traded at the same time)?
Thank you for the replies in advance.
