I prefer an equity debt ration of 3:1 but an insurance agent who had come to my place long time back had told me to keep on changing it periodically depending upon the market.
1. So do I shift to debt when I see that NIFTY is headed on a down trend?
2. & considering that Most ULIPs only allow you to change the ratio/plans only limited times a year, how do I go about it? To be honest, I get very confused looking at all the options available, so many flexi-cap, flexi-growth plans. Hopefully I will go through all of them this sunday.
3 What ratio would be advisable considering the current NIFTY trend?
