Can We Apply Online For Right Issue?

I have Rei Agro shares .. I got form from them for right issue, the form contains the list of the banks where I can apply .. but all the banks are very far from my home .. so the question is .. Can we apply online?

NO. Rights Issue has to be applied in physical application form with required amount by cheque or DD.

I have not received Rights issue application. What should I do now? I emailed Rei Agro and they asked me to apply in a plain paper with all the details. How trusty this method is? I'm getting confused. Any idea how to apply rights issue?
