Hi friends,
having been doing Options just recently and totally confused by the BS model and F&O fundas...I have started this thread to collate ideas, tips, experiences on Options Trading to help newbies(ofcourse who can afford to loose if need be) to identify how to maximize their profits in Options Trading.
is it better to go for an Option whose strike price is less than or greater than Spot price? is it better to go for Strike + Premium > Spot price or vice- versa, will going to this months contract be more profitable vis-a-vis going to next month expiry contract though it might have some higher premium but it will give me more profits, or should I buy an Option whose strike and/or strike+premium > spot price already......so on and so forth...
there are so many contracts listed but what should ANY person look for in an Options contact for a maximum profit before expiry.
So I would request all F&O gurus to share their strategies, experience on how to identify the best possible Option to maximize their profits. I am damn sure even seasoned f&o players will discover new ideas from this thread.
just a request please keep vocabulary simply to help newbies understand. Also I would like the focus to be on Call Options only for the time being.
thanks & regards.
