Subhadip Da, regarding 2MA method should we go on taking long or short as and when we see price going above or below MA's or should we stick to a particular trend i.e. only going for short in downtrend and avoiding long setup and vice versa?

If were in this trade i would be in 2nd add with stop at first short. Pivot method requires that you let it hit your stop i think.

Subhadip Da, when we have an hourly pivot in the direction of daily up trend sometimes price on the next day gaps up beyond the pivot. Would we let the trade go or wait for pullback to the pivot level in order to enter?

Just wanted to understand pivots and erls in sideways market. Although this thread had promised discussion/explanation on the aforementioned topics but so far it has not been posted. Can you guide me to a thread in this forum where i may get it clarified?
